I'd say it's from a smallblock mid 70's corvette w/those brackets.
That doesn't look like a deepgroove pulley either.
Can you read a part# behind the diverter valve as well as the part# & date on the SMOG pump?

Look on the bottom of the SMOG pump, for a machined aluminum boss that should show something like 21892S.

It looks like 68 Chevy small block smog to me. The bolts that hold the rear cast piece of the pump to the center aluminum section have WB head markings. Those are 1968. The Diverter valve extension doesn't look right. What's the part number on the pump. Also, look at the diverter valve. There is a flat spot where it bolts to the extension. That's where the part number is stamped, five numbers long.

I have 67 and 68 SB bracket sets that are correct if you want to compare. Both are a little different. Send me a PM, if you're close by maybe you can stop by and I can look it over for you. Martin

How do I read the date code here for a smog pump?
I will give a complete uneducated guess:
1-25-9 1(?) S(Saginaw)
Once again, I have never attempted to decipher these stampings before, so this is a complete guess!!!
