Default Classic car transport companies??

I'm looking at purchasing a car from southern California and need a good transport company to ship the car for me. All the companies that I talked to would not cross the border. Some would not even get close to the snow belt. Anyone know any good shipping companies that will go across the border??? Or even a good company that could deliver to the border?? Thanks Andrew.

You might want to try Mackie Transport out of Oshawa, Ontario 800-565-4646 or 416-222-2266. They transport items all over North America and can handle all the cross border paperwork for you. The previous purchasers of my 69 RS/SS Camaro and 69 GTO (one to Texas and one to California) bolth used them and were pleased with the service.

Intercity Lines is highly respected. They brought a car from Toronto to Boston for me. I highly recommend them.

Intercity has been my choice for several years now, fast, reliable and careful. I have them delivering a 69 Z from Mich. here on Tuesday.

Talk to Howie. He might be able to help.

He certainly knows WHO NOT TO USE.

Mackie is the only company that does "regular" runs into Canada. Only a few US companies are insured to do this and they are seldom up this way.
