Just talked to the N.J. State Police and they have just put out a bulletin for this weekend concerning Gangs.
Here is the deal, This weekend is Gang initiation time and Gang members will be driving around with there headlights off. If you flash them they will shoot at you and try to kill you.

Actually, what Sam is talking about can and has happened. There were a few gang members in Spokane about 10 years ago, shooting at people who ever flashed their car lights at them. Fortunately it came to an abrupt stop by local police officers.
