Sunday Car Gathering in Pa.

we had a great Day as an annual event at a Shelby enthusiasts House yesterday. while he invites all Shelby Owners in the area to attend, other Cars have broken the barrier through the years.it was 3 years ago that I first saw this Orange 95% Original awesome Yenko Camaro. The Owner has had the car since 1970! Yes even the Stripes are original! Yesterday He was there again so I did not miss the oppurtunity. Dave is a Great guy and has a wonderful car with awesome history. He only has 48,000 miles on it and said he only does about 200 miles a year now. I did get a full story and pics from him and have sent that info on to the our fearless leaders so I imagine it will get posted soon.

Dave had a BBQ at his house a few weeks ago, I couldn't make it though. Dave came back from 'nam and was looking for a Z28. He passed the Yenko on a used car lot, and seeing the hood stripes thought it was a Z. He stopped, looked, not a Z, but had these 427 emblems on the hood - couldn't be all bad he thought. Test drove it, & bought it. He has some ultra cool pics of him racing it at Maple Grove back in the day. Very cool car, and super nice guy
