Default Holley 750 - 3310 carb approx 1973

I'm rebuilding a 750 dual feed Holley carb about 30 years old and having a hard time removing the old needle & seat assy. I assume the lower o-ring is just very tight. I don't want to force it until I am sure it does come out from the top. The last time I rebuilt one of these was over 30 years ago and I did not change the needle and seat at that time. This is also the first time I dealt with clutch head screws (on the secondary metering plate) I hope Sears or maybe a speed shop will have one of these tools.

thanks for any help
