69 CAMARO COWL TAG OPTION CODES

Ok guys, one for the brainiacs. Kurt, you out there? Have a 69 SS Camaro, 2nd week of September 1968. Los Angeles car. Rally Green (79), Black Vinyl (B), 713 Black Deluxe houndstooth interior. On the cowl tag where a normal X code would be is the code Y278. Any thoughts on what that code was? Car does have air, and woodgrain interior trim. Colvins and Jerry M's book does not have the answer. Apprieciate any help in advance.
