I actually like the body style of the 67 - 70 Rebels, but they certainly don't have a big following, so any one is going to be fairly rare. Parts availability? Value?? If it's as nice as you might like to hope a 40K mile car would be, maybe $5K.

The 70 Rebel machine is worth 5.000-8.000 restorable
8.000-10.000 good and 10.000-16.000 in excellent condition
Came with a 340 hp 390ci with 430 pounds of torque at 3600 rpm with 10.01 compression From what I can find there was 2326 AMC Rebel Machines built with 1000 of them painted red/ white /blue trademark So I would think this would be a real nice rare find what color is it

Norm, If this was a Rebel Machine, I'd agree with you. But a plain 68 Rebel

The Rebel was Rambler's name for their hot car that came out in 57 I think...I just read a cool article on them...have you ever seen Collectible Automobile magazine ? Great mag and always has pics of the original clay styling excersizes for featured cars...anyway Rambler was actually going to have F.I. as an option on them 57's but it never happened......the 70 Machine is a pretty rare find...in any color...big club for AMC is A.M.O. ...if you look them up they will have plenty of info...
