Aloha and welcome. Thought most of the members here are Chevy folks there are some that cross over to the dark side also and if you do a search on Hemi you will find some other threads on the topic. One guy here Kevin has a very nice all around car collection that includes some of the best Hemis around if not the best. They can be seen on his web site : http://www.corvettes-musclecars.com/

The car is FE5 Red with black interior. It is one of one known to exsist according to Galen for the following reason. It was ordered with the 426 Hemi engine, 4.10 Super performance Rear, Stripe delete, radio delete, spolier package front and rear. What really makes the car special is that is was ordered from the factory with the T/A fiberglass hood. Only one other Hemi with T/A hood known of and that car is rumored to have been dismantled. Original 29,000 mile car. Patrick

Do you have paperwork with the car showing the T/A hood as an option? I didn't think you could get that hood on anything other than the T/A. That's pretty sweet if it really is original to the car!

The N94 code is for the Fiberglass T/A Hood. It is listed on the build sheet and fender tag. My understanding is that it could be ordered as an option if desired. However it was overlooked because it wasn't marketed at all in the marketing literature unlike the Shaker hood. Car was in storage for 18 years before being decoded recently. Was ordered late in the 1970 production year. Who ever ordered must have seen the hoods on the T/A's and ordered it for this Hemi Car. No other ones documented as of yet that exsist. Patrick

Patrick....those cars are really not valuable or desireable...I will come over and take it off your hands before people find out you own it... Now take some pics and do a paragraph for me and we can get you in line to spotlight that car...PM me for details....
