...How do you know it is number 350?
...Is it stamped on the block somewhere?

Chevrolet started ith Casting number 50 for the "052" blocks on January 6, 1969. The last casting number I have is 586 which was cast on July 29, 1969. However, I have been told that perhaps more than one-half of the castings did not make it through final production, due to casting flaws.
