Default Anything New at GMMG Stable?

First of all, Bravo to GMMG for underlining "Muscle" in Muscle Car , and to Matt Murphy for being one of the coolest guys around . But, now that the Camaro is gone , is there plans to modify other platforms? i.e. Vette, GTO...?

Thanks for the kind words . . . and YES there will be other GMMG built cars in the near future, like a Corvette or GTO, but . . . I can't say right now . . . We are working on something and will announce it soon . . . hang in there, as it will be a Performance (Muscle) Package and something very unique . . .

Matt, we need a real SS pickup option like the 90-93 SS454 pickups! It should be a standard cab with a big engine like the 8.1L and offer the 6 speed trans in addition to the automatic. Oh, and it should cost under 30K. Ok, that's my wish list for now!

Didn't someone have one of those for sale on the site at one time?

The Hot Rod Test Trucks were awesome! Tony Stewart Trucks were nice too. Can we expect a Corvette ZL1? That will show those Vipers and Ford GT's whose boss! Whatever it is, as long as it has a GMMG logo, it's gaurunteed to haul!

I have a crazy idea. Got it from the new Thunderbirds. Why can't GM make a 2009 1969 Camaro? Take original templates and tooling shapes, make them a little more aerodynamic and build a modern 1969 Camaro? I think the idea is so simple, it sounds silly. But when everyone saw the upcoming Mustang....what was the allure? The fact that it looked like a 67 fastback in a lot of regards. Build it and we will buy!

I agree with you Phil.
As well as the buyers at the B/J auction do to.Look at what was being bid on the most.Old world Original body designs, with new world under hood components. It's nothing new,but just seems to be more in demand then ever right now.
I know many 1970 Chevelle enthusiasts, who keep wishing Chevrolet would produce this Chevelle, with todays technology.

Here is the lineup for modern production--
1967 Corvette
1969 Camaro
1970 Chevelle
and....for the economy minded the 1978 Chevette (in sliver ofcourse)

Seriously though, I think people crave these cars. The question is, what would it do to the originals market? I think it would make them skyrocket in value as more lookalikes are on the street. People will want the originals more also. What do the folks at GMMG think?

I THINK HONESTLY A LOT OF PEOPLE WOULD PROBABLY BUY THEM, BUT IS THAT ENOUGH TO COVER THE EXPENSE TO SET UP A PLANT TO BUILD THEM AND PAY UNION TO BUILD THEM, ETC. WE ARE WORKING ON A FEW REAL KILLER PROJECTS AND WHEN THEY ARE READY,THE DEALERS WILL ANNOUNCE THEM. HANG IN THERE AND YOU WILL HOPEFULLY SEE THEM SOON.

Anything that GMMG builds is awesome, can't wait to see what they come up with next.
