SS 454 1970 Monte Carlo untouched, needs resto

1970 SS454 Monte Carlo, mostly original paint (Champagne Gold), needs restoration. Black vinyl top, black cloth bench interior, rallyes, PS, PB, PW, AC, AM-FM stereo, tilt. 76k miles, all numbers match:

I don't think this car has ever had anything major taken apart, bone stock down to the air cleaner decal and rallyes. It is extremely solid and straight (Arkansas car). Trunk is rusty (leaked), bottom of front fenders are rusty. Quarters are very solid, rear of outer wheelhouse has small rust hole. VERY LITTLE BODYWORK NEEDED.

Interior needs headliner, seats are faded. Door panels, dash are good.

Runs but not well. Needs brakes.

Included with the car are most new parts needed for restoration including new F&R bumpers, rocker trim, front suspension rebuild kit, headliner, carpet, trunk pans, door handles, exhaust tips, hood spear, tail light bezels, window fuzzys, weatherstrip kit, vinyl top, etc.

Arkansas title, build sheet could be in front seat or elsewhere. It's real.
