'70 ls6 convertible from briggs chevrolet

I ran across an old article on a 70 ls6 covertible that was drag raced with much success during the 70's. Looked to be blue,white stripes, white top and I believe it said Briggs Chevrolet on the side, but cant say for sure w/o looking.Anyone else heard of this car?
