Here's the Google translation into English ( for those of us who are monolingual..)

In the matter of this 69 COPO 9561 Camaro 9N634XXX I knew this COPO Camaro was in Montreal at the beginning of the Nineties. I saw it sometimes at gatherings of street racers in Lafleur in the east of Montreal, It had the rear panel painted black, but it was already restored at that time. According to the VIN it is one of the first COPOs sold in Canada.
A little later by accident I spoke with the owner, it was sold, but he still had a copy of the GM Canada documentation, I recall just which several code Z had. I remember seeing a Montreal Dealer's logo on the rear, but I do not remember any more of not. I think that it was Harold Cummings but I am not sure.

I would like to keep this a French discussion as much as possible, if somebody wants to translate no problem.

(I gave it my best shot..)

Thanks for the translation -Sam

Lets try this translating thing:

COPO was restored in the middle of the years 80, his did step have to be evident to find references has matters of the Camaro COPO in magazines has this era it. She could be been restored has to leave original photo.

I remembers also of a guy that had a Chevelle 69 427 has this era has it Montrªal,il said which was original,il fesait to laugh of him But me I remembers as she resembled a lot has a COPO Hood SS any embleme SS.
Aujourd' hui I think as his had some to be a.

Or this:

My question is that if this COPO Camaro were restored in the middle of the Eighties, it was not easy to find references to COPO Camaros in magazines at that time.

It only can be restored from original photos.

I also remember a guy who had a 69 427 Chevelle at that time Montreal, which was said to be original, il fesait rire de lui.

But I remember that it looked like a COPO with an SS Hood but no SS emblems. Today I think that it was a COPO.

(I can't figure out, "il fesait rire de lui")

Good evening to all.
Wednesday evening at the Orange Julep in Montreal, I saw a 1969 COPO Camaro, silver with the black rear and an emblem from Salois Chevrolet. Very beautiful car, restorer little to be but it is a long time.
Roger

(Roger, that Orange Julep is a cool-looking place!)
