Default 1959 Peugeot 403 Cabriolet- Columbo Car??

I saw that this car is up for auction. The studio will not supply a COA and they don't want to verify what it could possibly be. Everything does point to one of the cars used on the Columbo TV show, Peter Falks detective character. There apparently isn't a title either. Maybe Charlie or Super Dave needs it!

Guessing parts would be a huge problem.
