Over the Tire Strapping Inside Your Trailer ????

Interested to learn who has added E-Track and using Over the Tire Strapping
inside your enclosed trailer...............and is it acceptable to BOLT on top of Wood Floor
with Fender Washers and Nyock nuts on Underside??????
