Original ad from local newspaper 1978. Later was asking $3500 in the local Green Tab classifieds -this was 1992.

Local guy bought it then flipped it for 25k?? to the guy in Chicago. Mark I believe.

The original engine was supposedly in the Bellaire area. Was it ever found?

I missed this car by 15 minutes and watched the buyer peel off 3500 in cash.
I'm still crying.

It is a local legend that the original engine went into a street rod. I chased the legend around a while but the trail was dead.
