Looking for a schematic for a 68 or earlier tilt steering column. Application is for a 68 Camaro but any GM will do other than telescoping or Corvette. Lots of info for 69 and up locking column but can’t find any for 68 and earlier.
Parts illustration books should have a page but mine only covers 69 +.

The top collar is press fit onto the hub.
My internet searches turned up the same as yours. I'll see if I can find the service manual that I eventually used... it wasn't great but I got my 67 column done. I made a tool using rubber protector and large hose clamp to grip the collar for removal and install. Gary
