Hi Everyone,
I have an NOS GM SBC cam in the original GM tube - complete with some remnant cosmoline as shown. You or your machine shop will definitely be able to clean it up nicely. Review photos for condition. Part tag MIA, but the PO wrote the part number on the tube and the cam is cast "6930" as shown = 3896930 so we know it's a 3896929 camshaft. It's the white bread ubiquitous small block Chevy hydraulic cam that will fit literally millions of mouse motors. But it's real, it's GM, and it's NOS. 100.00 PPFF plus shipping and insurance if wanted. Thanks again sYc, Anthony Last edited by AnthonyS; 11-26-2022 at 05:44 PM. |

Hey Gang,
Cheap (IMO) way into a real, GM cam. Cheers, Anthony |

Bump...
It's been raised that this may not be unused and NOS - and likely has been run, at least for a bit now that we look at it and notice the shiney areas where it would ride on the lifters & bearings... this cam was in this tube, but, I did not open the tube and it was not factory sealed and the part number was hand written by who knows who. So, may be slightly used. Send an offer if you want to try it out; it's still a GM cam with no obvious issues that I can see, but who am I? Hah. Have your machine shop check it out. Just a heads up, thanks again all. Anthony Last edited by AnthonyS; 01-23-2023 at 04:59 AM. Reason: update listing |
