Hey Guys
After searching for over a year my son and I finally took delivery of a Fathom Green 69 RS/SS 396/325hp Camaro. The Camaro was once owned by forum member BBBenny. Benny was a great caretaker of the Camaro and I believe I purchased a nice solid original car with 40K original miles. The Camaro was originally bought new by a 60 year lady from McGraw Chevrolet in Troy, Ohio. I live in Brookville, Ohio which is about 25 minutes from Troy. So, its kinda cool to bring the Camaro back to Ohio. I been spending some hours in the garage detailing it…Check out the pics….Going to need some new tires and Cragar SS wheels to bring back some memories this spring. Its not a Z/28 but I think it’s still a cool BB….Let the fun begin…. I would also like to take this opportunity to give a BIG THANK YOU to all the guys on this forum who I have wore out with all my questions and concerns. Wow, what a great bunch of guys who went out of their way to answer all my questions during my search. The knowledge and experience on this forum is unbelievable and the willingness to share that information is overwhelming. A special shout out to members: BBBenny, William, napa68, olredalert, wayoutz, BCreekDave, Billohio, KurtS, Xplantdad, and Steve Shauger …Hope I have not wore out my welcome, I’m sure I will have more questions in the future…Again Thanks To All……Ron & Matt Trimble |
