Beat up, neglected and left to rot. What a shame. Probably needs to be stripped to the last piece and start from scratch. Lots of rust to be dealt with, not to mention most of the body panels.

Very doable, but the frame is toast and likely there will be problems with the birdcage. You don't get rust that bad in just one or two spots.
