I have one just about like that. I was told it was for a 68 camaro. The bumper bracket does say 68 camaro and the mast is the right length. My trip lever has a twist to it. Other than that its identical. I tried to make sure mine was a camaro one and found some early novas had this jack. All from looking at stuff on ebay

Does it look like it goes on a square mast? Looks almost like my VanNuys jack ratchet on my 69 Camaro.

It is for a trapazoid mast. It was used on 64-67 Chevelle and Chevy II. I have seen a couple of 68 Chevy II that used this smaller style of jack.
