Not once they have been registered to a vehicle...Direct from Service Canada...

You can purchase a gift certificate for a personalised licence plate at a ServiceOntario centre. Gift certificates are not available for sample plates or replacement licence plates.

I was confident they could be reused multiple times...….. that sucks!!

Let me know Ryan! I tried last year and was told they can transfer to a family member with a special request, but no one else can use them.
