Hi sYc, I have an NOS gas pedal, accelerator plate anti squeak cover part number 3820328 and fits the above cars per the parts books.

58-62 Corvette
62-67 Chevy

looks like the same that was in my 65 Chevelle SS - the kind that just sits on the accelerator rod and pivots on two ball studs in the floor...

NOS, real GM - no bag or box - just plastic pedal.
