1970 Cuda 440 6 pack V code Auto. California project car much invested.
This is a super clean and straight rust free car. It is matching numbers engine and trans and body numbers. The car was built at the Los Angeles Plant and was in California mostly. Now in Lower Michigan. The body was put on a rotisserie and painted. Original trunk floor and qtrs. etc. It is wet sanded but needs to be just rubbed out now and the taillight section blacked out. The Motor is done mostly stock 30 over with just a little bigger cam. The trans mission is rebuilt. The rear end is done and new 8 3/4 with a 3.91 posi. The front K frame and suspension is powder coated. Driveshaft is restored. 15x7 Rally wheels. Correct original radiator. Original re-chromed bumpers not repops. NOS grille in the box. Lots of NOS and new parts. All the window trim and stainless are restored by Mcnichols Polishing in Detroit. There is over $90,000 into this car as it sits. Joel's on Joy did the trans with a mild shift kit. New torque converter 2500 stall. The car was F8 Green with a tan interior with a column shift auto. Now on the floor. Rally hood car originally but now a Shaker hood added. The shaker air cleaner set up is all original not all repopped parts. Car came with a Rally Woodgrain dash with tach and gauges. Stripe delete car. A lot went into making sure the car was being done right. All the hard and expensive parts and work have been done. There is a ton more done I have not listed. Original fender tag. The interior is all new and was done in White instead of tan. The car is being sold for about half what is in it cash wise. It is tough finding a clean V code let alone with the original drivetrain. This is a LA built car no build sheet. This was going to be a really nice done car with all the gaps really nice. Paint alone was over $20,000. I am selling this for $43.900.
