There is a ton of cash invested in the car. The car is solid with only minor rust in the right quarter in small spots around the wheel lip and bottom of the extension. The left quarter was replaced. No rust in the floors, trunk cowl etc. The frame and drivetrain are all new and painted. Started out as a rust free mint frame and painted satin black. New GM 454 HO Crate engine 438 H.P. and 500 Ft pds. GM serpentine pulley kit with new A/C pump and power steering pump. New HEI dist. New Ceramic coated headers. New power steering gear box. New power steering pump. All new front end and disc brakes. All front end parts powder coated. All new disc brakes. New custom built street Turbo 400 by Joel's on Joy in Detroit. 2800 stall converter. All new 12 bolt rear end with 3.73 ring and pinion. New Posi unit. New axle bearings and seals. New front and rear big block coil springs. All drivetrain components are installed and car is a roller. The body's underside was wire wheeled and primed in epoxy grey primer, All new body mounts. Car was all original paint etc. before it was stripped down to bare metal so what you see is what it is. Originally a 65 Paint code Orange Flame with a black top and black interior w/Bench seat. Was a 307 2bl. with A/C. Mint rust free original fenders. New Cowl Hood. Have the original hood. Car is complete with the original parts. One new full Quarter already installed. Right side rear qtr does not need replaced just a couple of small patches to repair. Paid $7,900 for the car with $780.00 shipping charges. Then all the money spent on all the new parts plus the labor. Ouch. Only selling due to body shop closing and no place to put it right away. If I do not get a good offer I will find and pay for storage until I find a place to finish it.
