1965 GTO base 389 engine block ?

Hi !

Visited a friend tonight and he showed me a std bore block and heads he has had for years. The block casting # is 9778789 and date H 27 4. It is stamped WT 099703. Heads have casting # 9778777 and both are dated K 12 4. He asked me how much the block and heads would be worth and I told him I would ask here. The parts need to be cleaned up to see condition better so I can´t say much more right now. But are these parts interesting or are they easy to come by ? What would a restorer normally pay for the block and the heads ?
