To the best of my knowledge, this is an Olds Super Stock I wheel, dated for a 1971 model as best as I can tell. I got this as part of a package deal with three other 1969 Chevy SS wheels, and I have no use for it. Needs restoration as evidenced by the pictures (please ignore my foot in the picture of the back side of the wheel!). There is about a 4" long area of curb rash on the front side outer lip, which should be hidden by the trim ring...it is visible in the photo of the front side of the wheel, just above and to the right of the valve stem hole. Chrome center portion seems to be in reasonably good driver condition. Lug nut holes are slightly worn, about .030" to .040" oversize, but will work fine with lug nuts that have sufficient tapered surface area. $100 plus shipping.
