NOS 4Core Radiator upper cover

GM # 354021
This is the replacement for a 68-72 with the 4 core tab.
I believe this to be a truck part.
It is the same as the 68-72 Chevelle's and Monte's but has a
5/16" tapped hole on the pass side.
