Driveshaf Stripe spacing

I painted some stripes on my driveshaft about 12 years ago based on information provided to me by somebody at that time. Further investigation over the years leads me to believe the current ones are not correct and I want to redo them. Thanks to Rick Peters (who advised me a few years ago) I now have a good idea of the colours (Blue/Blue/Yellow) and they begin about 20" from the front of the shaft. What I need to know is the width of the stripes and the spacing between the stripes. Not sure if it matters for this question, but we are dealing with a 69 L78 Chevelle with M21 and 3.73 gears built in Atlanta in March.

I emailed you the information. Stripe distance from beginning of tube, not the eyelets, is 21 1/2" on my car. Stripes are approximately 5/8" wide with 1/2" spacing between them. This doesn't look like it was a precision marking from the factory.

I used to be a driveline development engineer for GM truck; It is absolutely not a precision marking.

Basically the operator (at the shaft supplier, like Parma) stuck a paint brush in the general direction of the shaft after he was done spin balancing it, rotating the shaft slowly while holding the brush stationary. You can imagine if you were making two or three of these per minute all day every day how careful you would be.
