US address...paypal...only....complete in 24 hrs after confirmation or i move on..

Complete ROLLER tach cluster..out of long term storage, nice crisp colors..and has been sent off and tested..all works..the clock is questionable to me..but the person i got this and other stuff swears it all works..I cant guarantee anything...but its a decent piece..i had to buy all to get what i needed..and i have no use for this...and i'm not buying any more cars so..it needs to go
