This is a Holley List 4557 780 CFM 4 Barrel carb. The date code is 992, which decodes as the second week of September, 1969. This carb was used on 1970 Chevelle, Nova, and Camaro with the L78 396/375HP Engine and a manual transmission. It was also used on the 1970 Chevelle LS6 454/450HP engine with a 4 speed transmission.

This carb is in very good condition. It appears to have been restored at some point with the components being properly replated, etc. The carb has its original metering blocks, base plate, and even the original clutch type screws for the accelerator pump. The carb is totally complete including all choke parts as shown. This is a very nice factory Holley carb.
