Does anybody know who the tall guy is who is sitting in the front row with the two blondes wearing orange dresses who keep walking in front of the camera as the cars are going across the block? I saw him at Mecum Indy also where he bought a number of cars.

The first Yenko 427 Camaro, as far as I know is YS601. It is confirmed by all the paperwork, the mechanics which worked on the car, the original owners who purchased the car and the dealership sales manager who ordered the car directly from Don Yenko.

people buy counterfit cars at auctions everyday. i cant believe it either and paid more than a REAL 69 yenko. They bought a STORY and a nice ss350.

if you read the description of the car that mecum gives you can hear the tap dance around the fact this its not a converted 427 car. Warren should know the car if it sat around for a year at the yenko dealership.

.... Are there an records that show what the "CE" number on the Yenko Dealer installed motors were ?

.... I know that there are records from which cars were going to be converted and were assigned a "YS"

number..... would they also have any records showing what the "CE" motor was that was installed in

each?

.... Was this car in any of the photos or advertisements that show yenko "Converting" a Camaro ?

.... Who restored this gold Camaro?

.... Who bought it?
