Clutch Bar/Lock out pivot mnt bolts

Several sets of clutch bar and reverse lock out pivot mounting bolts. Pivot bars use 3 bolts and 4 speed reverse lock out pivots use 2. Auto Lock Out bell crank pivots use 3 mounting bolts.
