3927186 Camelback Heads 69-70 Small Block Chevy

This is a matched pair of 3927186 Camel Hump cylinder heads for Small Block Chevy engines. The chamber size of these heads is about 64CCs. These heads were used on 69-70 SBC engines with 290HP and up. This includes the DZ 302, LT-1, and 350/350HP engines. These heads look to be dated L169 and L189 which is December 16th and 18th, 1969. One date and casting number is harder to read than the other as shown.

These heads are in good original condition. They are complete with valves, springs, and retainers. The valves sit quite high as shown. The valves are 1.94 intake and 1.50 exhaust. Many guys look for these heads to convert to 2.02/1.60 heads since they have much more meat in the seat. The result is a much nicer set of 2.02 heads. These heads were just magnafluxed and wre found to be free to cracks. There is no porting on the intake or exhaust ports. The only repair I see is a small chip repair on a valve cover rail as shown.
