Here is an LS6 Chevelle fan blade that is the same as the other 064 fans, just no numbers or date code.
Has "H" and "Front" on it like this version is known to have.
Tough to find part.

Hello to the ole tongue and cheeker. Nice fan but have to add a few things. The 064 is different in alot of ways. First off the 064 fan has squared off attaching arms not pointed and there is no face imprint. Also the brads are side beside horizontal rather than vertical and it has a smooth face. Where this version has an impression. Two different manufacturers 064 was Eaton and this one was H for harrison. None the less a LS6 fan and a pretty fair price. My tongue is not in my cheek but sticking out with one eye shut. Good luck with the sale ole tongue and cheeker.
