Here’s a unique item, a Curtis Industries Key Machine in very good original condition. It is a model 2000 Automatic. It has all the Code Books and original GM and Ford and Lincoln Mercury codes for making your own keys for your classic 1960's, 1970's, and 1980's cars and trucks. This has the main electric machine for making duplicate keys and the hand held key punch for making individual keys from the original key codes. This was in a very low volume service center and has very low time on it. Included are more than 100 NOS GM key blanks, nearly all the blanks are GM. It also has a number of dies and additional parts for the Hand Held key maker. The Hand Held punch uses the codes out of the books to determine the key code for an individual car. Then you put the blank with the correct die in the key maker and by flipping the individual levers one at a time while pulling the trigger it will cut a key one stroke at a time. If you have no key for a car by using the books and the hand held punch you can create a key for it. This lot was really taking off on E-Bay before E-Bay shut it down because it violated their policy concerning theft devices. $1500 plus shipping.
