Maybe. This has been in the works for a couple of years now. It's to the point that no one is holding their breath.

I talked to a fellow who was there. Sounds like there might be some media hype going on here. The report we got was, right after all the pix and videos were shot with the cutesy shovels and the earth moving equipment in the background, ...... everything was moved away and nothing else has happened.
