New Member Thinking Of Building COPO Clone????

Hi there I purchased this car recently and I am thinking of making it a COPO Clone.



I am sure I came to right place to ask this question. Other than the obvious, as clones seem to be frowned upon, how do guys on this site feel about building this car up from the six banger it is, and dropping a big block in it. I guess it wouldn't really be a clone other that it is a base car with a big block drive train. I will not try to pass it off as a copo. I just wnat to enjoy it. My friend sent me a picture of a ZL1 that looks very close to mine and I thought, that would be a great conversion. Any advice would be appreciated. This is my first post here.
