Have decided to sell my 1983 Hurst/Olds to start another project. It is car #927 of 3001 built for 1983. The car has only 36,300 miles on it and was off the road in dry storage since the mid-nineties. Previous owner said he started it every few months and moved it around inside the building it was in.
Options include: power antenna, T-Tops, air shocks, PW, PL, and the trunk trim package. I removed the interior and had it correctly repainted and striped. The only metal repairs were in the T-top channel on the passenger side (it was very minor). The body is otherwise completely rust free. Other new stuff includes: carb rebuild, tires, hoses & belts, exhaust, shocks, brakes (including rotors and calipers), and all new weather stripping. The interior is super nice with a very small cut in the driver seat bottom that is hard to see and can probably be fixed. The transmission was completely re-built less than 1,000 miles ago. If interested, please let me know, I have lots of pictures during and since the restoration, and will answer all questions honestly. I have over $16K invested, would like to get $12,500.00 for the car. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
