New to the forum - Hope I am posting this in the right section.
My question is about vintage speed/dealer decals. I recently purchased a few off Ebay, and I feel that the items I rec'd are likely fakes. Does anyone have any tips on identifying real decals and spotting fakes. Im not exactly the most tech savvy guy, but it seems to me with modern computers/printers...it would be pretty easy to fake these items. Any advice appreciated. |

Lots of the real ones have the printers logo or ID on the back "peel off" side of them...

Thanks, from now on I will request pics of the backside of the item as well.
No, nothing particular in mind at this time. Frankly Im feeling a little burned by ebay lately - and will aim to visit a few more swap-meets in the future. |
