Default VR-1178SG Victor Reinz Nitroseal Head Gasket

Anyone have any personal experience with these head gaskets? Going on a zero deck motor, 11:1 compression naturally aspirated SBC street motor.

Other choice would be the FelPro 1003, which is .041 thick. I haven't trial fitted rotating assy yet, so I don't know if the pistons are exactly deck height, or stick up a couple of thousanths. That will dictate how thick the head gasket must be.
