Default Garage floor coatings & mold issues

Does anyone have any suggestions for garage floor coatings? I would like to stop any moisture in the garage as i am getting mold growing... even with the dehumidifier running... and worse yet it is getting on the interiors, vinyl seats, dash, steering wheel, etc... this can't be good...

If you have that much moisture coming through the floor you probably need a vapor retarder under the concrete or the moisture drive through the floor will eventually blow whatever finish you install right off the top of the concrete. Is the garage below or partially below grade that you are getting that much moisture? What about overall ventilation? Many times if you can get some air moving that will go a long way towards helping the moisture issues.
