Colvin's book is incorrect as to the original application of that 540 intake. IT is a '61 340hp and early '61 409 intake.
I won't comment on its value, but I doubt you'll get a bid.

I have a book by MR409 that states 58-59 1x4 aluminum hi performance..it states part 3753748 as 60-61 1x4 hi performance.
