1968 camaro but it has the white stripe down quarter panel only seen on the 70 cars. Also the quaker state sticker & the Themoquad sticker only on the 70 cars. Interesting.

 Two letters in the second half of the name dip below the line. They must be either a q g p j or y. That should narrow the guessing down a little.
