Cool. I saw Metallica and Godsmack in New Orleans back in Nov. last year. You can go to their website and download the different concerts then burn your own CD. I relive it about once a week.

Did they finish up with an encore of Enter Sandman, they did an awesome rendition of it that lasted about 30 minutes. Those guys live to play live...I would go see them any time!

They played 19 songs and 2 solo's one by Kirk, one by Robert. Ended the night with Seek and Destroy! I actually had tickets to the Pensacola show and the New Orleans show but had to bail out of the one in Pensacola, regretted it every since. Can't wait till they tour again.

I guess it will be quite a while until anyone plays in NO again ..I went down there quite a bit recently. Every morning we would hit the Court of Two Sisters for breakfast and then check out the street performers. Usually the mime and this really good hillbilly band. They were really good!, wish I remembered their name.

Wow, this thread took an unexpected but cool turn...lol!

I happen to play in a metal (hardcore) band here in MN and am well versed in all aforementioned.

Check it out here: Kill Switch ...not to be confused w/ Killswitch Engage.

Stop by but put on your seat belts and helmets 1st.
