I searched the net from one end to the other last night..I think you may be right from the very limited hits I made..I think it was like a 260HP 351 CJ for 72...do you have any docs around on decoding the animals????...I found zippo past 71...I am pretty sure it should have a Q code for the motor but guessing as thats a 71 number but I saw some adds for 72's claiming Q code cars...anyway this car as they all are,LOL was owned by old gal from new and the current owner picked it up over 15 yrs ago rebuilt the carb as some dohicky plug had fallen off it and it was dumping gas all over the motor..he drove it home pulled all the chrome and started fixing the door dings.. and did not get very far past that....it has stuff piled all around it I am told...he swears up and down it says Super Cobrajet on the car...anyway until I hook up with a expert on these things..I am a little in the dark on it....

Q code means 351CJ. I don't think the cars ever said anything about CJ on them, much less SCJ. We know people can pull yarns, so I expect this is no different. Go to work54.com/Forum/198944 to ask more there.
