They should be barrel clips if not you have to loosen the 3 of the wheelwell screws 1/2" and the 2 9/16" bolts at the bottom and use an open end if someone changed them to speed nuts I think 7/16" and just pull the fender out enough to get your arm in there.

Try Goop glue a tiny dab in a few areas of the emblem and your good to go, and will never know it and it will stay in place for a long time.

You might want to try a dab of clear silicone,it works pretty good.

Yes, I've done that. Use a hyperdermic needle to apply.
