The past several restorations as well as my L78 exhaust manifolds I have sent to Central Connecticut Coatings 860-528-8281, they blast them and coat the inside and outside they come ot like NOS even though most of the GM manifolds I put overspray on them. Good luck.

I sent my manifolds to the new Jet Hot factory in PA. Their cast gray looks excellent. Inside and outside coating plus shipping was $250.00.

I had Jerry Macneish do mine and he included the Cast Blast spray and they still look awesome after 6 years

Jim69Z, When you received your manifolds from "Jerry MacNeish" were they already coated with "Cast Blast spray" ????? If not how would you describe the look as returned ??????

I had a pair done by Jerry. Here's a before and after shot that I took when I sprayed them.
