What is the color?

Maybe Azure Turq w/blue guts? Nah, too dark and 'smoky'. Kinda unusual but not as wierd as one we ran across last month. Talking with a younger guy who pulled into a local cruise in his HO/Black gut & top, L35/M40 '69 Camaro convert. Struck up a conversation and he eventually admitted it wasn't originally HO. Said he just couldn't make himself put it back as born;............ Azure Turquoise/Black top/...............RED interior!

I didn't get a look at the Trim Tag but it really has me curious! I WILL see that car again and get the TT info!

If I remember the article correctly the color is a Pontiac color... I also remember a member here, Kenny Pascoe, had his hand in the restoration of this car. I'd imagine it is of very high quality.

Yes, Kenny was involved with the resto and yes, it is a Pontiac color - I just can't remember the name of it. It is supposedly the only COPO Camaro in '69 with that color.

Dennis - YOU have GOT to be Kidding: Azure Turquoise/Black top/...............RED interior! There has to be a point where a selling dealership just says NO!

Yep, Windward. The car is on the cover the current issue of (I think) MCE.
