I recognize #3969917 as first being issued for the new 1970 BB camaro w/AC.It was a brand new design for the new Camaro.That ft. brace was installed on all 1970-75 BB Camaros w/AC.
1969 camaro BB used 3940948.

That #0083 number doesn't ring a bell.
Are you certain that's what it is?
